Who is this for?

This is for ambitious women who are navigating career transitions or stepping into new or expanded leadership roles and feel the weight of increased visibility. How long is the program?

The core A.C.T.I.O.N. Leadership Framework program is a 12-week journey. Over three months, we move through structured phases: awareness and self-discovery, clarity and leadership identity, confidence rebuilding, executive communication, career strategy, and integration. You’ll start noticing shifts in how you think, speak, and show up within the first few weeks, with deeper, lasting changes building over the full 12 weeks.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching, not therapy. While we may briefly explore your past to understand patterns like perfectionism or fear of failure, our focus is on who you are becoming as a leader and what you want to create next. We work with practical tools, communication frameworks, and mindset strategies to help you lead more confidently at work. Therapy is often about healing; coaching is about growth, forward movement, and taking intentional action.

What kind of results can I expect?

Clients typically experience less anxiety before meetings, more clarity when speaking with senior leaders, and a stronger sense of self-trust in their decisions. You can expect to have clear language to describe your value, practical scripts and frameworks for key conversations, a personalized 90-day leadership and career plan, and daily habits that support your confidence. How much time does it take each week?

Expect to invest around 60–90 minutes per week. This includes your coaching session (weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your plan) and a small amount of reflection or implementation work between sessions. The work is designed to integrate into your existing role — applying what you learn directly to real meetings, conversations, and decisions you’re already facing, so it feels supportive rather than like “one more thing” on your plate.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready?
